Our company has been working in the sector of the chilled casting foundry since 1971. our first purpose has always been to fulfill the expectations of our costumers.
Nowadays the company produces 800 quintal per month. We can offer a complete service from the feasibility study to the tools realization and the pieces manufacturing
Our main specializationis the chilled casting foundry flanked by analysis and study of the mould to the finished pieces series production.

Foundry division
The foundry is so composed:- CORE DIVISION: 6 machines for the production of cores.
- FOUNDRY DIVISION: 2 furnaces, 8 machines for the chilled casting, with the maximum amount of space equal to 600 x 400 x 300mm.
- SANDBLAST DIVISION: 2 O.M.S.G.
- CUTTING DIVISION: 3 bench shears, 1 automatic shear.
- GRINDING AND POLISHING.
